A door is only as good as the frame it hangs on. Ours are solid teak, seasoned and milled in our own factory to the exact section your wall and door need, so the door hangs true and the frame stays put for decades.
No two walls are the same, so no two frames should be either. We make door-frame sections in different widths, depths and rebates for different doors, wall thicknesses and uses, single-rebate, double-rebate, with or without an architrave. Tell us your section size and wall thickness, and we’ll recommend the right section for your requirement.

The same door frame can be built three ways, fully solid teak, an engineered core faced in teak, or a veneer-faced frame. Each is milled to the same rebate and section; the drawings below show the profile in cross-section.

We start from our own seasoned solid teak, cut and mould the section, and joint the frame ourselves, so we control the grade, the moisture and the profile from timber to finished chowkhat.
Because we mill it in-house, we can match a section you already have, or make a new one to your drawing.
Choose a clean, modern frame for a contemporary interior, or a carved jamb and head for a traditional main entrance. The carving is machine-cut into solid teak on our CNC machines, then polished so the detail stays crisp and identical piece to piece.
Send a design or a reference and we’ll carve it to suit your frame and opening.
Frames are long, heavy and easy to hold up at a port if the finish or the file is wrong. Ours are polished with a low-VOC water-based system accepted in every market, and documented by a team that ships frames regularly.
Low-emission finish accepted by customs and environmental norms everywhere, no solvent odour in a sealed container.
Commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and timber-legality papers prepared correctly first time.
Dried to export moisture levels and borer/termite treated, so frames arrive straight and pass inspection.
Heat-treated, bundled and edge-protected so long lengths clear quarantine and survive handling.
Uniform sections bundle tightly, more frames per container, lower landed cost.
Mixed-item containers, sample sections and clear MOQs, frames, doors and interiors from one supplier.
One frame for a home, or every frame in a project, delivered across the country on proper GST invoicing.

Bundled, protected and delivered to your city or site.
The section size and wall thickness are the key numbers, send those and we’ll recommend the profile and quote.
Frame width and depth, or the section of a frame you want matched.
The thickness of the wall the frame fits into, so the section covers it correctly.
Door size, single or double, and the hinges and lock so we cut the rebate and prep.
Plain or carved, polish tone, how many, and where it’s going, India or an export port.
You don’t have to work it out alone. Tell us your wall thickness and door size, and whether you want a plain or moulded profile, single or double rebate, and we recommend the right section. We can also match a section you already have from a sample or drawing.
Yes, our frames are solid teak, seasoned and milled in our own factory, not a thin face over a cheaper core. Teak’s natural oils resist moisture and termites, which is exactly what a frame set into a wall needs.
Yes. We offer plain modern profiles and machine-carved jambs and heads in solid teak. Send a design or reference and we’ll carve it on our CNC machines to suit your opening and finish it so the detail stays crisp.
A low-VOC water-based polish that meets the emission limits import markets apply and carries no heavy solvent odour, the finish most easily accepted at customs. Frames are also kiln-dried and treated so they arrive straight.
Both. Export orders are kiln-dried, ISPM-15 packed and fully documented, including timber-legality paperwork, by an experienced team. Within India we supply homeowners, projects and dealers on proper GST invoicing, factory-direct either way.
Tell us the section size, the wall thickness, the door and where it’s going, a home in India or a container abroad, and we’ll recommend the right section and a quotation.
